This increase in pricing for smaller jobs, take into account increased job set-up costs and fixed costs (such as insurance, dump fees, job permits, etc) , and lower profit margins, du to smaller overall job sizes.

This increase in per-square price will be gradual, based on straight line increase to the total amount of $300 / square. For example - for roof that is 350 sq. ft. in size, there will be a $150 added to the base price per square of every type of roofing materials (350 sq ft. is in the middle of the progressive range of 0-700 sq. ft.).

This calculator may be off the actual job cost, as it is intended to only provide you with ball-park roof replacement cost - not an actual estimate.

Calculator is also based on roof size and information you provide - so if you provide information that is different from what the roof actually is, your pricing will be incorrect.
